1. When the hydraulic tool holder is pressurized, please use a T-wrench to fully tighten the bolt.

When the bolt is completely tightened, it will stop rotating. The hydraulic holding force of our hydraulic tool holder works best when the bolt is completely tightened.

2. When the hydraulic tool holder is installed with a cutting tool, one end of the tool should be close to the lower end of the hydraulic tool holder.

If one end of the cutting tool is too short to be close to the bottom end of the hydraulic tool holder, the position of one end of the cutting tool should not be more than 8mm away from the bottom end of the tool holder when installing the tool. (Otherwise the inner diameter of the shank will shrink and be damaged and the shank will leak oil)

3. Before installing the knife on the hydraulic handle, remove the moisture, water (oil), etc. inside the handle.

Since the tool is installed directly without cleaning the inside of the tool holder, the liquid foreign matter inside the tool holder will cause the cutting tool to fall off during processing. (Clean the inside of the tool holder before installing the milling cutter)

4. Do not open or pull the hydraulic hole on the hydraulic tool handle at will.

If the hydraulic hole is arbitrarily opened or pulled, the hydraulic oil will be lost, and the hydraulic tool holder will not be able to continue to be used and maintained.

6. When the screw part of the handle is damaged or the hydraulic pressure cannot be processed normally and needs A/S maintenance, please do not disassemble the handle by yourself, please contact the supplier.
